Often the process of using hypnosis for smoking starts years before someone downloads our course.

Hypnosis puts you in a state of hyper-suggestibility.  In normal day to day behaviour we use our conscious mind to function.  During hypnosis our conscious mind is by-passed and we enter into our sub-conscious mind.  Through a prossess of suggestions and affirmation your behaviour and perceptions are changed.

Deep Relaxation

Firstly you will be asked to sit in a comfortable seat and concentrate on a fixed point whilst you listen to the voice of the hypnotherapist.  You will hear suggestions that will relax you, focus your attention and close your eyes.  You will become deeply relaxed but will still be aware of your surroundings at all times.  Occasionally you may drift off to sleep.  You will be taken on a journey as you listen to your hypnotherapist voice and the suggestions and affirmation that communicate to your sub-conscious mind will alter your behaviour and perceptions.

At the end of your session you will wake up from the hypnosis feeling refreshed, invigorated and very relaxed.

On each further session you will find it is easier to slip into the deeply relaxed hypnosis state.

You will find your desire to smoke will have changed, some people are able to give up after one session and for others it may take several sessions.  Hypnotherapy along with a combination of the right motivation and desire are the keys to a successful outcome.
